Show all documents Service-Oriented Analysis and Design for Constructing the Online Sales Process Integration In recent years, enterprises try to develop the online sales systems in order to reach various customers in different places and expect to bring better profit or company exposure via the internet and mobile device channels. However, different platforms, technologies, transaction rules, policies and processes have resulted in data dispersion and business logic inconsistency that is hard for the company to audit and manage. This study presented a service - oriented analysis and design of the online sales process integration for our case company. We analyzed and modeled the processes using the service - oriented modeling and architecture SOMA approach to identify service candidates, and also utilized service component architecture SCA to create web services for activities required for the processes.

Analysis of the associations between design patterns, design principles and objective-benefits of service-oriented computing 1. Docente investigador Universidad San Buenaventura - Cali dagmosqu uscali. Service-Oriented Architecture SOA design patterns are known solutions to common issues that arise in the implementation of architectures that seek to comply with service-oriented design principles and effectively accomplish its goals and benefits. The implementation of SOA has enabled organizations to move from an application centered development to a process centered development, commonly understood as services. The benefits and strategic goals derived from this paradigm, sometimes used indiscriminately in technological products and services, are well known in the industry. This article presents an analysis of the current relations among patterns 87 , principles 8 and goals-benefits 7 of service oriented computing, although widely used patterns which do not correspond to recognized principles were also found.
Hence, OOD and CBD-based analysis and design methods are not effective and expressive enough to model service-oriented applications. And, we define the key artifacts that have to be delivered during SOAD. Based on this, we present a SOAD process which takes service requirements as the initial input and delivers service specifications, compositions, and verified service components as the final deliverables. Each of the five phases in the process is defined with its overview, artifacts, and work instructions. Finally, we present a case study of applying our process to a service domain to reveal its effectiveness and applicability. Unable to display preview. Download preview PDF.
Elements of Service-Oriented Analysis and Design
This course emphasizes the conceptual basis of object-oriented thinking through continuous application of key ideas, teaching students to "think like an object". Extensive hands-on exercises using two complete, and parallel, case studies assure that students see how a concept is modeled, and then have the opportunity to immediately apply and test their understanding. In the analysis portion of the course, students will learn how to identify the analysis domain concepts in their project domain, and how to represent these domain concepts using UML 2 in a manner that clarifies the project requirements.
Process choreography , as the term is commonly used in the IT world, describes the interplay of various trading partners to implement a multi organization business function. For example, in the supply chain space, the fulfillment of a product purchase may involve the exchange of purchase orders, advance shipping notices, and money between two or more companies. Choreography does not describe how each company would conduct its operations, only how the different companies would interface with each other.
